Licensing your new VCF Operations 9 Environment

We recently upgraded to VCF Operations 9 and now have to license our new environment, which is a bit different than previous releases, here's how.


Go to License Management - Registration and select the model you're using. I'm using the Disconnected model, so will start by downloading my registration file.

Once downloaded to go your License Portal and upload the registration file to create your license and download it. Now back in your new VCF Operations 9 we'll import this new license file.

Click IMPORT.

Click COMPLETE.

Once you have vCenter 9 instances, they'll show in the bottom pane here and you can assign your new licenses to them.
