VCF Operations Summary Page Active Alerts Tile

VCF Operations Summary Pages offer a lot of information: data, metadata, Alerts, capacity projections, and more. In the top right of each Summary Page you'll notice a tile called Active Alerts.

Looking closer you'll notice for this particular Cluster, it has no Active Alerts against itself, but does have some under the All grouping, what is this?

Jumping over to the Alerts tab from the Summary Page will give you this.

Notice there are no Active Alerts (which is what the Summary Page indicated). But what about the 9 Critical Alerts against the All grouping, what are those? They are against the child objects of the Cluster. Clicking the INCLUDE dropdown and selecting all children reveals this.

Keep this is mind when looking at Active Alerts on the Summary Pages, the All grouping shows the number of Active Alerts of that severity for the object itself and all its children.
