VCF Operations Fleet Manager 9 is up and running and I'd like to deploy Operations for Networks. Here's how I did it.
First, let's download the necessary binaries. Log into VCF Operations, go to Fleet Management - Lifecycle - Binary Management. Select the checkbox for operations-networks and click DOWNLOAD.

You'll notice a green check banner indicating your download is in progress.

Once downloaded, you'll see them in the INSTALL BINARIES tab. Notice I downloaded the most recent 9.0.1 package.

Now, let's deploy. Log into VCF Operations, go to Fleet Management - Lifecycle - Components - ADD COMPONENT.

Select operations-networks.

Select New Install, the version you want, and the Deployment Type, and click NEXT.

Create your Certificate by adding both Operations for Network VM FQDNs and IPs. Operations for Networks requires a Platform VM and a Collector VM. Once complete click GENERATE.

Select your new certificate from the dropdown and click NEXT.

Select your Infrastructure (vCenter, Cluster, Network, Datastore, Disk Mode, etc) and click NEXT.

Fill in your Network Settings and click NEXT.

Provide your Platform VM, IP, and size. Provide your Collector VM, IP, Size, and click NEXT. Operations for Networks requires both.

Click RUN PRECHECK.

Confirm everything has passed and click NEXT.

Review your deployment configurations and click SUBMIT.

I jumped over to vCenter just to see the VMs being deployed.

Back in VCF Operations Fleet Manager Lifecycle - Tasks you can see the progress, it finished in just over an hour.

Back in VCF Operations - Administration - Integrations, go to your vCenter integration and configure Network Operations.

Once done click SAVE. Going over to the Operations for Networks Platform URL we have this.

The default username is admin@local and the password you set at deployment time. Logging in you'll get this.

Back in VCF Operations, go to Infrastructure Operations - Analyze - Flows and you'll see Operations for Networks generated Flows.

We now have VCF Operations integrated with Operations for Networks!
I did run into an issue on deployment I should highlight, here's the error.

Turns out it was because I deployed VCF Operations with a short name (as opposed to FQDN). To rename the VCF Operations Primary Node VM, I took the Operations Cluster offline, SSHd into the VM itself and renamed it with this command.
$VMWARE_PYTHON_BIN /usr/lib/vmware-vcopssuite/utilities/bin/sethostname.py new.fqdn.goes.hereAfter this, bring the Operations Cluster back online, and proceed with the Operations for Networks deployment.
