VCF Operations 9 introduced the ability to manage VCF-related passwords from the Operations UI itself, here's what it looks like this. All screenshots here are taken from VCF Operations 9.0.2.

You'll notice the VCF Management section first, this is the one that includes VCF Operations, Logs, Automation, and Fleet Manager. These passwords are monitored/managed through Fleet Manager itself.

The UPDATE PASSWORD button is self-explanatory. The REMEDIATE PASSWORD button takes a password set locally on one of the VCF Management VMs itself, and syncs it back to Fleet Manager.

There are PASSWORD ALERTS top right that take you into the Alerts for passwords that have expired.

The Alert Definitions can be found under Infrastructure Operations - Configurations.

One thing to note on the Fleet Management side, is that Expiry will show "--" across the board and in this case it indicates we aren't capturing expiration of these passwords.

Over on the VCF Workload side we capture passwords for vCenters, ESXi Hosts, NSX Managers, and SDDC Manager.

You can update these passwords and/or remediate them like you can the VCF Management accounts. These updates or done via SDDC Manager. As you can see above, we do capture password expiration on these accounts, if they show with "--" that indicates a non-expiring password in this case. Hope this was helpful, enjoy!
