You'll notice the Operations Cluster is back online and the new Version is 8.18.3.24663033. My next blog will show how to do this using the Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager, enjoy!

Log into your Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager and check for new Product Support Packs (PSP) via Lifecycle Operations - Settings - Product Support Pack - CHECK SUPPORT PACKS ONLINE. Once a new PSP is discovered it will show back on the Product Support Pack page. Which you can apply by clicking APPLY VERSION, then sit back and watch progress. Once done, Automation will show as 8.16.2 back on the Environments page.

Now that we've upgraded Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager (ASLCM) to 8.18 and loaded the Aria Operations, Log into ASLCM, go to Lifecycle Manager - Environments - select your environment - then the Automation available now that the 8.18 binaries have been loaded, click UPGRADE Once complete, you can confirm back

In an effort to explore some new management packs included in Aria Operations 8.12, I'm upgrading one First, let's grab the upgrade PAK and the pre-assessment tool from Customer Connect. Once downloaded, let's run the Assessment, which you do by applying that PAK file. Back on the Software Update, looks like it's done.
