Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager 8.18.0 Patch 9
Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager 8.18.0 Patch 9 recently dropped, artifacts can be found here. Release Notes Download Site As indicated in the Release Notes, if vIDM is ASLCM managed you should apply vIDM 3.3.7 Patch CSP-102547 first. There is a KB detailing this process here. I did this as a part of ASLCM 8.18.0 Patch 8, so we'll move directly to Patch 9. As you can see I'm currently at ASLCM 8.18.0 Patch 8. Once downloaded from the Broadcom Support Portal, upload the Patch 9

Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager 8.18 Patch 7 dropped last week, let's apply it! Log into the Broadcom Support Portal and get it here . You will also need the preparation script provided here . Once both of these have been downloaded you can SCP them up to /data on your ASLCM VM. Adding Aria Operations and Operations for Logs into a freshly deployed Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager
Last week we deployed Aria Operations and Aria Operations for Logs stand-alone (without Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager). We also deployed Aria Automation via the Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager (ASLCM) Easy Installer. Let's add our Operations and Logs deployments to ASLCM so we can manage from there going forward. Here's how. Log into your ASLCM instance and go to Lifecycle Operations. From there go to Environments and specifically the environment you built as part of the Ea

Multiple Environments in Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager
We've discussed the Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager (ASLCM) previously, along with all its benefits: upgrades, binary downloads, content management, and more. I'd like to create another environment of the same products, just at different versions, here's how to do it. Log

Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager Easy Installer
I've been running Aria Operations, Aria Operations for Logs, Aria Automation, all supported by Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager (ASLCM) for years, but it's been a while since I deployed a fresh ASLCM, let's have a look. Up on Customer Connect you'll notice ASLCM is available as an ISO. There are a couple ways to do this, but I'll download the ISO, upload it to a Windows VM, mount it, and run the Easy Installer from there. Interestingly enough, the ISO contains the OVA itself. I'

Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager Content Management
Lifecycle Management is the main use case for the Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager, but there are others that don't get quite as much attention, Content Management is one of them, we'll explore that in this blog. The Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager home page presents six tiles: Lifecycle Operations - used primarily for deployments, scaling, upgrades, certificates, and more. Locker - management of certificates, licenses, and credentials. Identity and Tenant Management - tenants, Act
